Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

• Item arrives damaged or defective
• Item is misprinted or has a manufacturing error
• Wrong item was received

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at drewpillow@gmail.com with photo proof of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Not eligible for return or refund:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Sale items or gift cards

European Union customers If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at drewpillow@gmail.com to initiate.
