Thank you for shopping with DPR Recovery Tees. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its network of print providers.

Order Processing and Production

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider availability, order volume, holidays, and other fulfillment factors.

Shipping and Delivery

DPR Recovery Tees currently ships to customers within the United States.

After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Because production and shipping times are separate, total delivery time is generally estimated at approximately 4–12 business days after an order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email after the order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dprrecoverytees.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or has shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@dprrecoverytees.com with your order number and photos of the item when possible.
